DuPage Habitat for Humanity holds an annual Women Build. This building event, which started in 1991, provides the opportunity for women to take a proactive step in serving their communities. Now nearly 30 years later the organization holds 325 Women Build events with over 13,500 volunteers across the United States.

Even with the event being postponed this year due to COVID-19, Team Hassett was ready with our hammers to get out there and build. This year the organization has turned the Women Build into a month long event to be able to get more volunteer groups involved. They went above and beyond on precautions to make it a safe and fun building environment.
